Elder Wang grew up in Korea. In 1967, he came to America to attend graduate school and in 1969 he became a Christian in San Francisco. In 1974, he started a bible study group with a few brothers and sisters as he came to the South Bay to work. This was the beginning of CFC.

Although Elder Wang is a very quiet and mellow person but always wears a smile on his face.

Elder Wang is the vice president of a high tech company in the South Bay. On the weekends, he attends seminary classes and serves at the church (with a big smile, of course).

Diana is Elder Wang's better half. They have two grown up kids. Joey is CFC's full time English minister and June lives in the east coast and is on staff at her local church as well.
